THE HALE FAMILY / FAMILY SESSION / SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS

Y'all. This is the Hale family. They're good people, and kind, too. If you know them, you know that they are fun, humble, they laugh a lot, and are so gifted musically and artistically. They hold more creative power in each of their little pinkies than I do in my entire body, but they are so down to earth and are endearing in the least intimidating way.

I was able to catch up with the Hales recently for a quick family shoot and despite the hot temperatures, they never complained even once. Their one year old, Easton, was SUCH a great sport. As with any toddler who has just learned to walk (and therefore gained some independence), we spent a good bit of time following him around as he explored and I wouldn't have had it any other way. It's amazing seeing the world through the eyes of a child. There's so much wonder around each corner as they encounter animals, plants, and people, knowing they can retreat to the safety of a parent's arms at any point. 

P.S. I am just a little bit obsessed with their son. I mean, how can you not be?!?
